Hello, I'm Archisman.

I live in Bangalore, India. I am a product builder and operator and have spent most of my career in early and mid-stage startups.

I started in 2007 as a PM for Zozoc, a mobile messaging app. The iPhone had just launched. Android did not exist yet. I was part of a small team that helped take the product across India, China, and Southeast Asia to millions of users.

Since then I've worked on products where the category wasn't obvious yet — school photography SaaS, epharmacy,last-mile logistics, DeFi, Prediction Markets. I have been lucky to work close to the edge of new technology waves, usually before the playbooks were clear. That is still the kind of work I enjoy most.
